You can never find a point where it touches the earth...
Still it decorates the horizon....
and shines bright to the glory of the earth,
Giving it so much for living....
Look at the sky...
You can never spot the horizon where it meets the sea...
Still they exchange springs of faith and warmth,
Giving water for each other's growth...
Look at the banks of river...
You won't see them meeting,..
For they are the reason for the river to exist,
The river which carries so much between them...
Look at the tracks running parallel...
Had they been meeting....
There was no use of them...
Look at two lit candles...
Had they been one,
How would you use them for lighting different corners?
Sweet lovely friend,
We had met to touch each other's life,
To make it more worth living,
And now we part to realize what we learnt from each other....
Our friendship will always stand higher than everything else in this world,
For if I am the earth,
you are the sun that has brightened my horizon,
For if I am the sea,
you are the sky, which has showered water on me,
For if I am myself,
you are the reason of me being myself truly.!!!!!

but the sun and the earth never part....it meets the two faces of earth regularly....when do the sea and sky part...for the rains come every year....and how would the banks of the river separate...so the two always go together..inspiring and supporting each other...
That's exactly what the poem conveys.. for friends distances do not matter. There would be a strong bond of friendship tieing them, just like rains, just like sunlight, just like the water b/w thw two banks.
